  1. Any suggestions on retreats or immersion camps that help folks wean themselves off their sugar addictions?

    • I don’t know of any such places. I have taken myself off on a cabin retreat for a week with just what I needed for the week, and did a lot of writing, reading,walking, etc. So that’s the best option I can provide. Take a friend who wants do do the same thing, that way you could support one another.
      A detox spa is a great idea!
